Fun88 Deposit Amount Not Credited

I am writing about an issue with my Fun88 account related to a deposit made through the website in India that has not been credited to my balance. On 23rd January, I deposited 1000 INR via UPI, and the payment was successfully completed on my side. The UTR number for this transaction is 327559126045, which appears as successful in my payment records, but the amount has still not been reflected in my Fun88 account. After noticing that the deposit was not credited, I contacted Fun88 customer support. However, instead of resolving the issue, they have repeatedly postponed the matter and asked me to keep waiting. This situation has been testing my patience and gives the impression that they are delaying in the hope that I will give up on this money. I request that my case be checked urgently using the UTR number 327559126045 and that the amount of 1000 INR be processed without any further delay. I want Fun88 either to immediately credit the 1000 INR to my Fun88 account or refund it to my bank account, and I would like clear written confirmation once this has been done.
