I am frustrated by FTX's silence and the length of time it has taken to process my refund. I submitted the required information via the Twitter link but have heard nothing back. Ideally, FTX would be a trustworthy business that would return my money. Because I am a paying customer, it is only fair that my interests be safeguarded. I haven't heard back yet, and I'm starting to worry that I won't get my money back at all. I demand that FTX act immediately and update me on the progress of my refund. I'm writing in the hopes that the FTX customer service staff reads this and acts quickly to address this issue. It is unacceptable to make customers wait for the refund. I hope this letter will serve as a reminder to FTX to put the needs of their customers first and provide them with the respect they deserve.
