I Haven’t Received My FTX Refund Since Account Freeze Despite Multiple Requests

On November 9, 2022, I unknowingly sent money to my FTX TR account after the platform had already frozen transactions. Since then, my funds have been stuck, and I still haven’t received any refund. I have contacted my bank multiple times to initiate a refund request, but each time FTX TR has rejected the refund, and no payment has been made back to me.

This situation is unacceptable, and I demand that FTX TR processes my refund immediately. The lack of transparency and refusal to refund is causing serious frustration. I urge the company to resolve this issue promptly and return my money without further delay.
