I Haven't Received My FTX Refund Despite Request; Urgent Response Needed Now
I have submitted a refund request to FTX but still have not received my money back. When I enter my email to check the status, the system says no account is found. I know some users have already received refunds, so I don’t understand why there’s a discrepancy and why I haven’t gotten mine.
This situation is very frustrating, and I urgently ask for a clear response and resolution. If I continue to get no reply, I will keep filing daily complaints until this issue is addressed. I expect FTX to treat all customers fairly and to provide the refund immediately.
