Trust Wallet Refund Issue – Investment Balance Not Returned

I was informed by the investment platform that my balance would be refunded to my Trust Wallet account. However, the refunded amount never arrived. When I contacted them again, they claimed the funds were "stuck in the Blockchain."

After further investigation, I realized they were misleading me. Upon contacting the official Blockchain team, I confirmed that the situation was not as the platform had described. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal, and I feel deceived by their false claims.

I request immediate action to resolve this issue and have my funds returned to my Trust Wallet. Trust is critical in financial transactions, and this experience has severely shaken mine.
