Since the 20th of October 2022, the withdrawal of my 421.24 USDT coin has been disabled because it is currently frozen. Although I wrote multiple times, I did not receive a response. I have already requested the withdrawal of C98 coins; however, their acceptance has not yet been confirmed. Since March 29, 2023, this item has not been withdrawn. When I try to speak to a representative of the customer service department, they immediately hang up. Please refund my money, Bibox.
