Freeletics Won’t Refund My Subscription

On July 2, 2023, I accidentally purchased a Freeletics subscription through their website. I immediately requested a refund, but they redirected me to the App Store. However, my purchase was not made through the App Store—it was directly through their website.

Despite repeatedly explaining the situation, they refuse to process my refund and are simply ignoring my request. This is unfair and unacceptable. If a purchase is made through their website, they should be able to cancel and refund it properly.

Freeletics, process my refund immediately! I should not have to fight for a simple cancellation. Stop redirecting me and resolve this now!
