Freeletics Charged Me for 1-Year Subscription But No Access

I renewed my Freeletics subscription for another year through Google Play and was charged, but my subscription isn’t active! Despite the payment going through, I have no access to my account, and it doesn’t recognize my renewal.
I have been using Freeletics regularly and rely on it for my workouts, so this is a huge inconvenience. I need my subscription activated immediately. I have already paid, and I expect full access to the service I purchased.
Freeletics, fix this issue now and restore my subscription! If you’re charging users, you need to ensure the service works properly. Respond to my request and resolve this ASAP!
