I downloaded the Fitify exercise app but never used it, yet they still charged my account without my approval. Clearly, this app is not free, despite how it may seem at first.
I checked my subscription settings, and unless I manage to cancel it, they will keep charging me every month. However, there is no clear way to cancel, making this feel like a trap. Why is money being taken from users without proper authorization?
There seems to be no oversight for these kinds of apps. I will file complaints with the appropriate authorities if this is not resolved. Cancel my subscription and refund my money (₺) immediately!
