It’s been over one to two months, and I still haven’t received my refund from Fitify. Even though Google approved the refund request, the money has not been deposited into my account yet.
I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point. The payment was divided into several installments on their system, but they charged me the full amount upfront, leaving me with no remaining balance in my account. Yet, the refund still hasn’t been processed, and I’ve been waiting for weeks.
I urgently request that my Fitify refund be completed immediately and that this unnecessary delay be resolved without further excuses.
