I purchased a Fitify subscription, but because I didn’t log in within the first three days, my membership was automatically canceled. Despite this, Fitify still charged me ₺800 and has not refunded my money, even though my membership is no longer active.

I paid for a service that I didn’t even get to use, and now I’m stuck waiting for a refund that hasn’t been processed. Why am I being charged for something that was canceled? This is completely unfair and unacceptable.

Fitify, refund my ₺800 immediately! I expect urgent action on this issue. If my money is not returned soon, I will take further steps to get my refund back!
