Fitify Premium Subscription Doesn’t Unlock Promised Features — Want Refund

On September 26, 2025, I purchased a yearly Premium subscription for the Fitify app using my credit card. After completing the subscription, the app stated that exclusive features would be unlocked. However, none of those features appeared in the app. In fact, I noticed that even free workout apps offer far better and more comprehensive training plans. The app does not deliver what it promises, and I find it misleading.

I tried contacting customer support, but I never received a response. I’m using an Android device, and the same issue persists every time I open the app. I request that my subscription be canceled and the payment fully refunded as soon as possible.
