Franke FDW 612 Dishwasher Main Board Failure
Dear Franke Customer Service, In 2019, I purchased a Franke FDW 612 E6PA dishwasher under the Franke brand. However, in less than six years, the control board (main electronic unit) has failed. Although I purchased this product as a Franke appliance, I recently discovered that it was manufactured by Vestel. I trusted the Franke brand when making this purchase, and I did not intend to buy a Vestel product. The issue started about a week ago, and the dishwasher is now completely unusable. When I contacted your customer service team, I was informed that I would need to pay for the repair. However, given that I purchased this product based on Franke’s reputation for quality and reliability, I find this situation unfair. For your reference, the type code of the machine is WQP12-7703. I kindly request that the defective main board be replaced free of charge as a goodwill gesture, to restore my confidence in the Franke brand and resolve this issue amicably.
