I'm writing to complain about Forex.com, a forex trading company. I was scammed out of ₺79,000 by this company.
I saw an ad for Forex.com on Instagram and decided to invest. I spoke to someone on WhatsApp named m a G** from number **05669 2**. They told me that there were no fees involved, except for a share of the profits.
I sent them ₺79,000. A few hours later, I received a call from someone named o ** from number **3408**36. They told me that I had made a profit of ₺69,000, but I would need to send them ₺14,000 in fees to withdraw my money.
I refused to send them the ₺14,000. I told them to deduct it from my profits. They refused and have now blocked my access to my account.
I'm requesting that Forex.com refund my ₺79,000 and that Instagram shut down their account.
