I'm completely dissatisfied with my Ford vehicle, which I purchased only six months ago. Despite weekly washing, the paint has begun to peel as a result of bird droppings. They had the audacity to tell me that I should have protected it from bird droppings when I took it to the authorized service center. Furthermore, there are cars in the service center's parking lot that are covered in bird droppings, but none of them have paint problems. It's incredible that the paint on my car, which is only a year old, is this vulnerable. I suggested that it could be a manufacturing flaw, but they dismissed it, claiming that even 8 hours of bird droppings could strip the paint, which seems absurd. Now I'm stuck driving my million-dollar car with scuffed paint, and there's no guarantee that the entire paint job will hold up. They claim the peeling will continue, which is extremely frustrating. Read this review before purchasing a Ford vehicle. I tried contacting them through their website but received no response. I intend to share my experience across all platforms.

I registered through Ford yesterday, but no one called or inquired, and no one was interested. Coincidentally, when I wrote on the complaint site today, I was told that they called within 2 hours and reached out based on my writing. Thanks to the complaint site, at least my voice was heard. Unfortunately, Ford's system doesn't work at all; I was called twice and told that someone would take care of it, but my complaint wasn't even listened to. I am still waiting for a response. Not only have I not received any result from my complaint, but I also don't know at what stage it is. Just as you send automatic messages from here, the people who call also provide information as brief as an automatic message and then hang up. At the Gürbaşlar Ford Dealership where we bought the vehicle, they looked at the car and gave us advice like 'it needs a complete paint job, there's nothing to be done, and Ford won't cover this; if I were you, I'd get it touched up and covered by another company to avoid a loss in value.' We are truly regretful for buying a vehicle from a company that operates in this manner. It's really upsetting that a car whose installments are not even finished yet has come to this condition. I'm writing here to friends who are considering buying. Definitely ask your customer representative. Bird droppings, when left on the car for 8 hours, can lift the paint. At least, that's how it is with Ford-branded vehicles. It was a bad experience for us; I hope it won't be for you.
