My 2023 Ford Active X has undergone repairs at the authorized Koç Ankara service center two months ago due to persistent noises from the upper dashboard plastic, tablet screen frame, and front panel. Unfortunately, the same issues have reoccurred. Additionally, a new squeaking noise has started coming from the left door when I turn the steering wheel left or right, and an unpleasant sound is heard when shifting into first gear. It is unacceptable to face such chronic problems in a brand-new vehicle. I have delivered my car to the Ford Koç Ankara service once again and reported all the issues to the staff. However, the reappearance of the same problems along with new ones has severely damaged my trust in the Ford brand. For a permanent resolution, I request a thorough inspection of the vehicle by your engineers if necessary. It is truly disappointing not to experience the quality expected from a brand like Ford. Moreover, my vehicle has now been at the service center for 6 days, and I have yet to be contacted or updated by Koç Ankara service. I kindly urge Ford to show the necessary sensitivity to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve these problems once and for all.
