I own a Ford Fiesta with 58,000 km on it, and the vehicle has been fully serviced. My Fiesta's PowerShift transmission is experiencing jolting and shaking during gear shifts, which has started to affect my mental well-being. Previously, I purchased a brand new 2015 Focus and encountered the same problem at just 25,000 km, which was covered under warranty. I later bought another Focus and faced the same issue again. Now, I'm dealing with this problem in my Fiesta at 58,000 km.
It is truly disappointing that such a large brand uses a problematic PowerShift transmission and does not stand behind its issues. As far as I know, this transmission is guaranteed for up to 200,000 km outside the country, though I could be mistaken. I request assistance regarding this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
