I bought a 2021 Ford Eco Sport from Ford Otosan Edremit Akoto Dealership on November 9, 2022, to use as a test car. But ever since I bought it, when I use the brakes, the brake pedal and steering wheel shake very hard. Even though I tried many times to get it fixed, the service department told me that the disc is fine and doesn't need to be replaced. The car has a warranty until 2025, and used cars come with a six-month warranty, but for some reason, it is not covered by the warranty. Both calling the customer service line and going to the Ford Edremit Akoto Bayi are getting old. Officials at Ford need to figure out how to solve this problem. As a customer, I expect my recently bought car to work well, especially since it is still under warranty.
