Ford Failed to Fix Trim Noise in My 2023 Focus After 10 Visits

Despite taking my 2023 Ford Focus to the service center 10 times due to persistent trim noise issues, I was told after each visit that “the problem was resolved, no noise detected,” and sent back — only for the same sounds to return the very next day. Even though the root cause of the problem is clearly identifiable, they keep applying temporary fixes instead of replacing the faulty parts, simply stating it was “repaired.” I’ve even provided video evidence, yet no real solution has been offered. It’s truly hard to understand how such a well-established and reputable brand can treat its customers with this level of disregard. You choose Ford, paying millions, expecting quality service and durability — but what you face is utter disappointment. “Paying to be disappointed” — this sums it up perfectly.
