I Face Flight Network Refund Delays After Transavia Cancelation Due To Visa Rejection
I purchased flight tickets through Flight Network for 5 passengers traveling from Paris to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen on February 18, 2026, with Transavia France. The total cost of the tickets was $659. Because my visa application was rejected, I had to cancel all of the tickets.
I explained my situation in detail to both Flight Network and Transavia France and provided all official documents related to my visa rejection. I was informed that my request would be reviewed and that the refund would be processed within approximately one week.
After nearly one month passed without receiving any refund, I contacted both Transavia and Flight Network again to ask when the payment would be returned. Transavia clearly informed me that the ticket amount had been refunded to Flight Network 7 days after I submitted my cancellation request. They also provided documents confirming that the refund had been transferred.
Despite this, I have contacted Flight Network multiple times, explained the situation, and provided all necessary details, but I still have not received any payment. Every time, Flight Network gives the same standard response saying that “your refund request is still pending,” and this situation has continued for approximately 5 months. The total amount of $659 related to my order number 1105-882-257 was already transferred from Transavia to Flight Network, but it has not been paid to me.
Due to the long delay and the repeated responses that only postpone the process, I urgently request that this matter be investigated. I expect the full refund of the amount that Transavia confirmed was transferred to Flight Network to be returned to me as soon as possible. Flight Network must take responsibility and resolve this issue without any further delay.
