I Face Chemical Residue Issue in Flavel Electric Kettle Water

I purchased a Flavel electric kettle to prepare tea and heat water, but I am facing a serious and unexpected problem. Every time I boil water in this kettle, a strange chemical-like residue forms on the surface of the water, resembling a mix of limescale and oil. Initially, I thought the problem was with the tap water, so I used purified water from a water filter, but the issue persisted.
To resolve this, I tried boiling water with citric acid (limon tuzu) to clean the kettle, yet the problem remained unchanged. I even used bottled water and boiled it at least 10 times, but every single time, a chemical film appeared on top of the water.
This situation is unacceptable for a household product meant for food preparation. Not only is this a financial disappointment, but it also raises serious concerns about health and safety. The kettle has a stylish design, but in its current state, it is unusable and poses a risk to anyone consuming water boiled in it.
I kindly request a full replacement of the product or a refund. I also urge others to carefully examine product reviews and user photos before purchasing. Flavel must investigate this chemical residue issue and stop selling unsafe products to consumers. Please take immediate action to resolve this health concern and protect your customers.
