I Face Cracked Dust Bin and Weak Suction on Flavel FLV 190 Vacuum

I purchased a Flavel FLV 190 upright electric vacuum cleaner from A101 just one month ago. Unfortunately, within this short period, I experienced a serious issue. While vacuuming a normal carpet, I noticed a significant drop in suction power. Thinking that the filter might be clogged, I stopped to empty the dust bin—and that’s when I saw that the dust bin had cracked at the area where the vacuum head connects.

This kind of damage should not happen after only one month of regular household use. I expected the vacuum cleaner to be more durable and to maintain its performance without such basic failures. A product that fails so quickly does not justify its price and leaves the customer feeling disappointed and financially burdened.

I kindly request that Flavel take responsibility for this manufacturing defect and replace the cracked dust bin or the entire vacuum cleaner if necessary. Consumers deserve better quality and reliability for the money they spend. Please resolve this issue promptly and restore my confidence in your brand.
