I purchased a Flavel dishwasher about a year ago, and since then, I have faced serious technical problems. Despite using the machine correctly and according to the instructions, the motor has burned out twice in such a short period. Each time, the motor had to be replaced, which is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to provide long-term reliability.
A dishwasher’s motor should not fail this frequently, especially when the user follows all the guidelines. This recurring problem has caused significant inconvenience in my daily life, along with financial and emotional stress. I have lost confidence in the product’s quality and am tired of dealing with repeated repairs instead of enjoying a functional appliance.
I request that Flavel replace my faulty dishwasher with a brand-new, trouble-free unit to compensate for the repeated issues and restore my trust in the brand. Please resolve this matter promptly and ensure that no further inconvenience is caused.
