I Face Constant Limescale Problem on Flavel Electric Tea Maker


I purchased a Flavel electric tea maker, a sub-brand of Arçelik, and I deeply regret my decision. For the past 3–4 days, every time I try to brew tea, I notice constant limescale formation floating on the water. Despite thoroughly washing the device and trying multiple times, the same issue keeps happening.
This has made tea preparation extremely unpleasant. I now feel anxious when expecting guests because I’m afraid to serve them tea from this faulty product. After researching online, I discovered that many other consumers have experienced the same problem with this model, which raises serious concerns about its quality. It makes me question why such a defective product was ever released to the market.
This experience has not only caused financial loss but also emotional discomfort, as something as simple and joyful as drinking tea has become frustrating. I kindly request a full product replacement. I no longer enjoy using this tea maker and feel disgusted when thinking about drinking tea.
Please take my complaint seriously and resolve this issue promptly by providing a new, functional product. I expect quick and responsible action from your team.
