I Face Body Crack and Poor Build Quality on Flavel Vacuum Cleaner

I purchased a Flavel electric vacuum cleaner with the expectation of reliable performance, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The vacuum's body and materials feel incredibly flimsy, as if it was designed more for appearance than for actual cleaning functionality. Instead of efficiently collecting dust, it seems like it was built to avoid doing its basic job.

Shockingly, within just one week of use, the main body—where the dust collects—cracked on its own without any mishandling or impact. This clearly shows how poor the product’s build quality is. It is unacceptable for a household appliance, especially something like a vacuum cleaner, to develop such serious damage after minimal use.

I am both financially and emotionally frustrated by this experience. I trusted Flavel to deliver a quality product but was instead met with disappointment. I demand a full replacement or a refund for this defective product. Please stop misleading consumers with products that cannot even withstand basic household use. I expect immediate action to resolve this complaint and restore customer confidence.
