I Face Oily Residue Problem in Water from Flavel Electric Tea Maker
I purchased a Flavel electric tea maker for my office, expecting it to provide clean and safe hot water for tea preparation. Unfortunately, from the very first use, I noticed that the water from the lower heating section leaves an oily residue on the surface. Despite thoroughly washing and cleaning the tea maker and boiling water multiple times, the problem persists.
No matter how many times we clean and re-boil the water, an oily film continues to appear on top of the water. This raises serious concerns about the material quality and safety of the product. How can such a product pass quality control tests and be released for sale?
This situation has caused significant inconvenience in my workplace, where colleagues and guests expect hygienic and safe tea preparation. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and now doubt the safety standards of Flavel appliances.
I urgently request a full resolution to this issue, whether it be a replacement with a properly functioning product or a complete refund. Please take immediate action to address this defect and prevent further consumer dissatisfaction.
