I Face Unauthorized FitMe Subscription and Charge Without Installing the App

I recently discovered that I was subscribed to a service called FitMe without my knowledge or consent. The most shocking part is that I have never even installed this application on my phone. Despite having no interaction with the app, a payment was taken from my account, and I only realized it after reviewing my bill.
I want this subscription canceled immediately, but there is no clear guidance on how to do it. The fact that such a charge can be applied without explicit approval raises serious concerns about both FitMe’s practices and Vodafone’s responsibility in allowing it. This feels like an unauthorized transaction, and I consider it completely unacceptable.
I request a full refund of the amount taken, confirmation that the subscription has been permanently canceled, and stronger measures from Vodafone to prevent unauthorized services like this from being added to customer accounts. No customer should be billed for a service they neither requested nor used.
