I Face Unwanted FitMe Subscription and Inability to Reach Vodafone Support
I recently discovered that I was unknowingly subscribed to a service called FitMe, and Vodafone’s name was involved in the process. While tracking a shipment through Google, I was prompted with a confirmation code. Believing it was related to my delivery, I approved it—only to later realize it had signed me up for a paid FitMe subscription without my informed consent.
I immediately read the service details and tried to cancel, but the cancellation did not go through. Since Vodafone’s name appeared in the process, I called their customer service right away, yet I could not reach an agent despite multiple attempts. Unfortunately, the subscription fee has already been added to my current bill and will also appear on my next month’s bill.
I find this practice highly unfair and unacceptable, especially from a company like Vodafone. I demand an immediate cancellation of this unwanted subscription, a full refund of all related charges, and assurance that no such unauthorized services will be added to my account in the future.
