If you were charged for a FitMe premium subscription after canceling it, make sure the subscription is fully canceled on the app you used, such as the FitMe website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play.
Then look at FitMe's refund policy. They say that subscriptions bought through app stores must be refunded through those stores' processes, and direct web sales usually can't be refunded unless you ask for one within 30 days and meet certain usage proof requirements.
To proceed, you may consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
