I Got Charged ₺239 on My Vodafone Bill for FitMe Without Knowing What It Is

I was shocked to find a FitMe subscription charge reflected on my Vodafone bill, even though I had no idea what this service was or when I signed up for it. It must have happened in a moment of distraction, possibly through a deceptive pop-up or banner. I might have accidentally clicked or triggered something, but I never knowingly subscribed or intended to make a purchase.
Immediately after realizing what happened, I canceled the subscription. Still, the full charge was applied to my bill. When I contacted Vodafone, they simply told me I had made the payment through mobile billing and that there was nothing they could do. I feel like I was tricked, and now I’m stuck paying for something I never wanted or used.
I demand a full refund of the FitMe charge and request that Vodafone put measures in place to prevent such unauthorized mobile billing. I should not be financially penalized for a service I didn’t knowingly subscribe to. This needs to be resolved immediately.
