Fit Me Charged My Credit Card Twice for One Monthly Membership
On July 6, 2026, I purchased a one-month standard membership through a Fit Me advertisement that appeared on Instagram. I expected a single one-time charge for the membership, but my İş Bankası credit card was charged twice on the same day. Two separate amounts, $8 and $13, were charged to my account.
After completing the purchase, I was not provided with any membership agreement, clear information about the subscription, or any reliable way to contact the company, such as a phone number or email address. Because of this, I have been unable to contact Fit Me directly regarding the cancellation of my membership or a refund for the excessive and unauthorized charges.
Although the advertisements stated that members could cancel within one month and receive a refund, no instructions were provided explaining how to exercise that guarantee. I request that the $8 and $13 charges made to my credit card for the one-month standard membership be reviewed, that the improperly charged amount be refunded to my credit card, and that my membership be canceled.
