FITME-LAZY-APP Charged 204.96 PLN For Unauthorized Subscription Renewal

I am writing regarding an unauthorized automatic subscription renewal for the FITME-LAZY-APP charged to my account today, 25 August 2026, in the amount of 204.96 PLN. I have not used this application for about a year and I did not intend to continue or renew this service. Despite this, a payment of 204.96 PLN was taken from my bank account for FITME-LAZY-APP, as shown in my bank transaction details with the description “FITME-LAZY-APP” and location “DE, USA”. My registered email/account for this service is: dapi35***@gmail.com. As an EU consumer based in Poland, I consider this renewal to be unwarranted, as I did not actively consent to a new subscription period and was not using the service. I therefore kindly request the immediate cancellation of this subscription and a full refund of the 204.96 PLN charged on 25 August 2026.
