Fitme App Charged My Card but I Couldn't Cancel or Get a Refund

I accessed the Fitme app today through a link in an advertisement that appeared on my screen and made a payment of $31 using my Ziraat Bank credit card within the app. After completing the transaction, the charge was successfully posted to my credit card.

However, because the app was not available in Turkish, I had difficulty understanding its content. I immediately wanted to cancel my purchase, but I could not find any clear option within the app to request a cancellation or refund. I was also unable to reach any customer support representative. As of now, I have not received any response from Fitme.

Since I have been unable to use the app or benefit from its services, I request a full refund of the $31 charged to my credit card as soon as possible.
