FitMe Unauthorized Subscription Charges After Trial Membership

In April 2026, I purchased a one-month trial of the Chair Yoga program from FitMe for $17. I am certain that I authorized payment only for that one-month trial, and I never requested or approved an ongoing membership or recurring subscription.

However, when I reviewed my May 2026 credit card statement, I discovered that $45 had been charged to my card on May 25, 2026, with the description "FitMe Workout." Then, on my June 2026 statement, I found another charge of $42 on June 25, 2026, with the description "fitme-expert-Yoga-Wilmington." I was never notified about these transactions, no authorization was requested from me, and I did not use the service during those months.

I was also unable to find any customer support contact information or any other way to reach the company, so I could not resolve this issue on my own. I agreed only to a one-month trial and never consented to an ongoing subscription or automatic recurring payments.

I request that FitMe fully refund all unauthorized charges made to my credit card during May and June 2026, totaling $45 and $42, as soon as possible.
