On 2 May, an amount of R1,202.70 was deducted from my bank account as a “Purchase” related to the FitMe app (@Fitme-app), even though I have never created an account, started a trial, or entered my card details in this application. I noticed this unauthorized transaction only last night when checking my bank statement. Since I did not subscribe to any service or authorize any payment to FitMe, I consider this charge to be completely unauthorized. I request that this transaction be investigated urgently, that a full refund of R1,202.70 be made to my account, and that any related subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or bank details be cancelled so that no further unauthorized deductions can occur. I expect written confirmation once the refund has been processed and all possible subscriptions or payment authorizations connected to my details have been stopped.
