Fitme Yogo Fitness Charges $39 Automatic Payment Without User Consent

Even though I do not use the application/service named Fitme. Yogo. Fitness and provided no consent, I instantly noticed through my mobile banking app that an automatic payment of $39 was charged to my account on September 12, 2026. The transaction details display the label Fitme. Yogo. Fitness.

I do not actively use this service, did not knowingly approve either a monthly or annual membership, and refuse to accept this amount being withdrawn without notice. As soon as I saw the transaction, I submitted a dispute request with my bank.

I demand the refund of the unauthorized $39 charge and the immediate, permanent cancellation of any subscription associated with my name.
