FitMe Made Unauthorized Charges After I Bought a Trial Plan
About a month ago, I purchased a “Try the Program” plan through the FitMe app, and the payment was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card. However, when I checked my card activity today, I discovered that the same app had charged me repeatedly without my knowledge or authorization.
I found multiple charges on different dates, including $16 on July 11 and $13 on August 13, and a total of approximately $42 had been charged to my card. I also noticed that there were additional charges that could not be completed because there were insufficient funds. I was never informed about these additional charges, and I did not authorize any additional membership, subscription, or service.
I have been negatively affected by these unauthorized and recurring charges from the FitMe app. I request a full refund of the approximately $42 charged to my card and a written explanation of why these unauthorized or erroneous transactions occurred.
