Fitme Kept Charging My Card and I Cannot Access My Account

I noticed that Fitme has been regularly charging my YKB Koç Ailem credit card without my knowledge or authorization. I believe that, except for the first month’s payment I made approximately 4–5 months ago, all subsequent charges were made without my permission. So far, I have suffered a total financial loss of ₺2,070 (approximately $44).

When I noticed that I had been paying Fitme, I tried to log into the system to at least manage my membership, but I was unable to access my account in any way and could not reach the company. It is unacceptable that I cannot access the service or cancel my membership despite payments being taken.

I scheduled an in-person appointment with my bank for July 20. Since they also asked me to bring my spouse to the bank, I will try to take them with me as much as their health condition allows. While my discussions with the bank are ongoing, I request that these unauthorized charges be stopped immediately and that all amounts charged to my card except for the first month’s payment be refunded.

I kindly request that my issue be resolved quickly and that the necessary investigation be carried out to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from happening again.
