Feat Me Team Charged My Card $25 Without Clear Pricing or Consent

I wanted to purchase a simple package through an online service called Feat Me Team that would allow me to use an age-appropriate home exercise chair and stay in shape for one month by using it for 20 minutes a day. Today, while applying for this package online, no application or usable screen opened in the system, and I could not access any videos or images. In reality, I did not receive any actual service.

Although I only wanted to purchase a one-month package to understand how the system worked, money was automatically charged during the process without providing clear and transparent pricing information, without any warning, and without obtaining my approval. The payment screen also offered various options, and I only selected the things I wanted to try. However, I was not shown any warning such as “the total cost is this amount,” and additional charges of more than $11 were taken from my account without asking me. As a result, approximately $25 in total was charged to my card.

I made the payment using my DenizBank card. Shortly after the transaction, I contacted DenizBank customer service and reported the situation. I requested that the unauthorized charges be canceled and that the entire transaction be reversed. DenizBank informed me that they had received my cancellation request and would review the matter before getting back to me. However, I was unable to contact Feat Me Team in any way, and since there was no clear communication channel available, it was not possible to reach the company directly.

I object to both the fact that I received no service and the automatic charges and additional fees taken from my card without clear and transparent information. I request a full refund of all amounts charged without my approval or proper notification, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payments if applicable, and the implementation of necessary transparency measures to prevent other consumers from experiencing the same issue.
