FitMe Tai Chi Subscription Started Without My Consent After Instagram Quiz

While browsing Instagram, I came across an advertisement for the FitMe Tai Chi program that included a quiz. After completing the quiz, I received a notification that money had been charged from my account without any confirmation screen, clear subscription information, or payment approval. I clearly did not want to purchase any service; I only completed the quiz.

On July 27, 2026, at 03:24:31, a charge of $32 was made to my credit card. I never used the program, did not receive any service, and this transaction was completely unauthorized. I do not remember accepting any contract or providing any approval for this payment.

I request a full refund of the $32 charge taken from my credit card without my permission or explicit consent as soon as possible. I also request that these types of misleading and unauthorized payment processes be stopped and that I receive written confirmation regarding this matter.
