Fisher Price HHH27 Learning Remote Stopped Working

I bought the Fisher Price HHH27 learning remote for my daughter 6 months ago. It was supposed to switch between Turkish and English, but after limited use, it’s no longer working as expected. It won’t switch to Turkish, and neither the numbers nor colors function properly in English either. The remote doesn’t even count or identify colors in English now, making it completely unusable. I trusted Fisher Price for its quality, and I paid a significant amount for this product. I’m requesting a solution to this issue. I’ve also attached a video showing the problem. Please assist with resolving this as soon as possible.
