Brand New Fisher Price Educational Tablet Not Responding

I purchased the Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Educational Tablet from a retail store. When we first bought it, my children didn’t use it very much, but a few months ago we turned it on again and noticed that the startup music kept getting stuck and repeating over and over. None of the buttons respond, and the device continues playing the startup sound until we turn it off. This happens almost every time we turn it on. Although it occasionally works properly, most of the time the same issue occurs.

I don’t have the receipt anymore, so I haven’t contacted customer service or technical support yet. I am requesting a replacement for the product and kindly ask that this issue be resolved.
