Fisher Price Educational Tablet Light Works but No Sound

I purchased a Fisher Price educational tablet in January, which comes with a 24-month warranty. The tablet’s light turns on, but there’s no sound, making it unusable for its intended purpose. I’m requesting a repair for this issue, as this problem does not reflect the quality I expect from Fisher Price. It’s disappointing to encounter such a defect in a product from a trusted brand.
