I Bought Sudocrem from Ebebek and Found Hair Inside the Product

I purchased Sudocrem from Ebebek, trusting the brand because it’s supposed to specialize in products for babies. But when I opened the cream, I was absolutely shocked — there were hairs inside the product. This is supposed to be something safe and clean for infants, yet it looks like it was filled in a completely unhygienic environment.
Even worse, there was no expiration date printed anywhere on the packaging. I only noticed this after I bought it. I had read a review from someone else mentioning the same issue with hair, but I didn’t believe it at the time — I assumed it might have been a one-off or user-related. Sadly, I was wrong.
How can a baby product sold by a trusted retailer like Ebebek lack basic hygiene and labeling standards? This is unacceptable and dangerous. I demand an explanation, a recall if needed, and a refund for this clearly contaminated product. Parents deserve better — especially when it comes to their children’s health.
