I purchased the Fhinis Quantum Ball dishwasher detergent from Migros. With my Arçelik 61441 dishwasher, I noticed twice—once last week and again last night—that the detergent did not fully dissolve in the eco mode and remained half-intact with its gel coating still visible. I placed the detergent correctly each time and did not apply any special process. There was no issue with the packaging or the expiration date either.
To understand the cause of the problem and find a solution, I contacted customer service, but I have not received any response yet. I am requesting that the remaining detergent tablets be collected from me for inspection and that they be replaced with new, different detergent products to resolve my issue.
I expect a quick resolution.
