Finish dishwasher powder may cloud dishes due to hard water minerals reacting with the detergent and leaving a film. Finish Dishwasher Powder with a Hard Water Booster or a water softener may help.
Another possibility is to rinse aid issues. Too little rinse aid causes spotting, while too much leaves a film. Adding Finish Rinse Aid to your dishwasher dispenser or adjusting the level per the manual may help.
Cleaning a dishwasher can also affect performance. To remove grime, use Finish Dishwasher Cleaner and clean the filter regularly as directed by your dishwasher manual.
Poor dish loading can also hinder cleaning. Leave space between dishes and utensils for water and detergent to reach all surfaces. Check your dishwasher manual for loading tips.
