Arçelik Dishwasher 6144 Scratched My Glasses and Service Ignored My Request

I am filing a complaint about my Arçelik 6144 dishwasher due to a recurring issue I have experienced twice. The machine does not wash glasses properly and causes scratches on them. Although I contacted the authorized service to resolve this problem, no one has come so far. I created a service request, but there has been no response, and the authorized service is acting arbitrarily. Since I cannot always be with my parents, I have been waiting for the service for three days without any feedback. I have purchased many products from Arçelik, but I regret it now. My product is under warranty. My request tracking number is 49879***. I want this problem to be resolved permanently and for my product replacement request to be considered. I kindly ask for immediate action.
