Fundanet Charged My Card for a Service I Never Used
After accidentally accessing the Fundanet app, two charges were made from my VakıfBank card on the same day—one for 29 TL and another for 30 TL, for a total of 59 TL (approximately $1 USD). I did not use the app at all, and I had no intention of creating a membership or using any paid service.
I later realized that the login was made using an old email address, but I no longer remember the password for that email account, so I cannot access it. Within the app, I saw an option to cancel the membership and completed the cancellation, but I have no way to confirm whether it was actually canceled.
I am requesting a refund of the total 59 TL (approximately $1 USD) charged to my card for a service I did not use, and that this membership be completely closed. To ensure that my account and card are not used again without authorization or automatically in the future, I ask that any membership or subscription associated with my account be permanently terminated from your system.
