Vodafone and FitMe Deducted $8 Without My Approval
After a single accidental click, a ₺239 ($7) subscription fee for the FitMe app was charged to my phone bill without specifying which plan was purchased. Additionally, an extra ₺24.9 ($1) was deducted as a “Charge to Bill” service fee. During this entire process, I did not receive any confirmation message or disclosure, and I was not informed in any way about a subscription being started.
I haven’t yet contacted Vodafone Pay or FitMe customer service, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such an issue. The transaction was made through my Vodafone line registered in Ankara.
I request the cancellation of this unauthorized transaction, the termination of my subscription, and a full refund of the total amount charged. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
