A subscription was created under my name on Findanloc without my knowledge or consent, and at around 06:45 on May 20, 2025, $15 was charged to my Yapı Kredi Bank card. I have no information about what this subscription is, what service or package it relates to, and I never approved, signed up for, or authorized any kind of membership.
After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank to find out who initiated the transaction and how it was made. However, it is clear that a subscription and payment were created without my knowledge or permission. Therefore, I consider this transaction completely unauthorized and unfair.
I request that Findanloc immediately cancel this subscription that was created without my consent, and refund the $15 that was charged to my card in full. I also ask for a clear, written explanation as to how and why this transaction was carried out.
